Teaching Nursing Full Job Description Position Overview:

All Pro Pathways is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide instruction for our Home Health Aide (HHA) training program. This is a contract position supporting program delivery, student instruction, and skills development in alignment with state requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide instruction for Home Health Aide (HHA) courses in accordance with approved curriculum Deliver both classroom and hands-on skills training Support student learning, engagement, and competency development Maintain accurate records of attendance, skills, and student progress Assist with coordination of clinical or externship components as needed Ensure compliance with all applicable state and program regulations

Schedule & Hours:

Up to 40 hours, based on program needs and class scheduling

Compensation:

Competitive hourly or per-course contract rate (based on experience and credentials)

Minimum Qualifications:

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in home health care Must meet Director of Staff Development (DSD) requirements Prior teaching or training experience preferred
