Job Description

Hawai'i Pacific Health (HPH) aims to tackle a big challenge in Hawai'i's healthcare sector: developing and maintaining a skilled workforce. HPH has been running successful training programs for high school students and adults for over 20 years. Now, we're taking it a step further with the Academy for Healthcare Innovation (AHI). AHI will focus on training for critical certificate-qualified healthcare roles across the State, with dedicated support from local healthcare employers. Are you passionate about shaping the future of clinical education and empowering healthcare professionals? Join our dynamic team as a Nurse Aide Clinical Instructor, where you'll collaborate with educators to prepare, organize, direct, and conduct education for students. In this role, you'll assist to prepare, organize, direct and conduct training for the nurse aide curriculum for the Academy for Healthcare Innovation. You will maintain records develop education tailored to the educational needs of the students and assist with the care and maintenance of program equipment and supplies.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Holds a credential as a Certified Nurse Aide. Two (2) years of practical experience in the content area in which they teach.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in teaching clinical content or skills. Experience within an accredited educational institution.
