This role involves educating young individuals in nursing assistant duties and home health care essentials, ensuring they achieve competence and confidence to work in healthcare settings. This full-time position requires a blend of clinical expertise and passion for teaching, aiming to empower the next generation of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive training in nursing assistant and home health care skills. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and additional support as needed. Prepare students for certification exams. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest in nursing and home health care practices. Manage classroom and training environment to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance instructional methods. Required Skills Strong understanding of nursing and home health care protocols. Excellent teaching and communication skills. Ability to evaluate and adapt to individual student needs. Proficiency in using educational technology and teaching aids.
