The Department of Nursing at Illinois College invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the traditional BSN program, with specialization in maternal and child nursing, to start August 2027. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of and passion for the nursing profession as well as dedication to the education of future nurses. In addition to the area of specialization, teaching duties may include all levels of the traditional BSN program, including both classroom and clinical teaching. Faculty members are expected to engage in continuous improvement through assessment at the course and program levels, as well as in ongoing professional development as a practitioner and instructor. Nursing program offerings at Illinois College include the traditional BSN and the MSN (online). Both the traditional BSN and MSN (online) programs are CCNE accredited. Position Requirements:
