Practical Nursing Classroom Instructor

Position Description:

Delta College is seeking a highly student-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team as a part-time Practical Nurse Classroom Instructor at our Covington Campus. The PN Classroom Instructor will be responsible for teaching theory to our LPN students. This is an evening shift position. This role requires 8-12 hours of work per week, an evening shift position. Experience in Nursing Instruction is preferred, but not required, as the college trains all faculty. This is a terrific opportunity to share your knowledge and experience of the nursing profession!

Requirements:

A current and valid Louisiana state RN license is required. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience. At least one year as a medical-surgical hospital staff nurse. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.

Evening Shift Hours:
