NURSING PROGRAM
team as a clinical instructor, and help us shape the future of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire! We are seeking qualified, dedicated candidates who are looking for part-time teaching opportunities. Adjunct appointments are temporary and for a specified contract period only. CCSNH has established employer status within the New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island). In compliance with CCSNH policies and state regulations, eligibility for employment within CCSNH and its institutions requires residency within a New England state.

0600-1500 or 1400-2200 Minimum Education requirement- One of the following: A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) Enrollment in a Master of Science Nursing program Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) Minimum clinical practice experience: Two years of recent nursing care experience working with acute medical surgical patients.
Licensure/Certifications:
Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire. Must meet the continuing education requirements by the Board of Nursing to maintain continuing licensure
Course Description :
: This course provides an introduction to nursing and roles of the nurse in a variety of healthcare systems as well as profession related and patient care concepts. Emphasis is placed on the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe, quality care. The theoretical foundation for basic health assessment is integrated with nursing skills. The student is given an opportunity to learn and demonstrate health assessment skills using a variety of resources in the laboratory and clinical settings. The foundations of pharmacology are presented using various resources to support material presented in the classroom. An introduction to the nursing process provides a decision-making framework to assist students in developing effective clinical judgment skills. Salary:
The clinical/lab compensation rate is $47.95 to $59.45 an hour. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
