We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students as they prepare for certification and meaningful employment in healthcare.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your responsibilities will include: Provide classroom and clinical instruction in accordance with state-approved CNA curriculum Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently with timely feedback Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and skills demonstrations Maintain compliance with state and program requirements for CNA training Foster a professional, supportive, and encouraging classroom environment Offer tutoring or academic support to students as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of New Jersey Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience (with at least 1 year in a long-term care facility, as required by state regulations) Prior teaching or instructor experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and committed to student success
