Joyce University invites applications for a part-time Clinical Nursing Faculty position within our dynamic Nursing Department. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals by imparting both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in line with our institution's commitment to excellence and innovation in education. This role merges clinical expertise with an enthusiastic approach to teaching, suitable for a diverse and eager student body. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and lab sessions in various nursing subjects Supervise and mentor nursing students in clinical settings to ensure the application of theory to practice Evaluate and assess students' progress in both classroom and clinical environments Collaborate with other faculty members to review, revise and develop curriculum materials and teaching methods Stay updated with the latest nursing practices, educational methodologies, and technologies Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other university events as required Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to mentor and motivate students Expertise in clinical health care practices and standards Proficiency in curriculum development and assessment Competence in using modern educational technology and e-learning tools
