Job Description

Lebanon Valley College s PAM Health School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time, nine-month, three-year renewable Assistant Professor of Nursing position beginning August 18, 2026. Join a dynamic, collaborative, and student-centered faculty dedicated to excellence in nursing education and service to the community. This position plays a vital role in advancing the College s mission and nursing program by providing high-quality classroom, clinical, and laboratory instruction to motivated undergraduate students. Qualifications include a graduate degree in Nursing (MSN or higher) Doctoral degree in Nursing, Education, or a related healthcare field preferred, demonstrated teaching experience in nursing education, a minimum of two years of recent direct patient care clinical experience, a current, unencumbered Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license, expertise and competence in clinical areas relevant to teaching responsibilities, a strong commitment to student success and academic excellence; and experience with outcomes assessment and evidence-based teaching practices is preferred.
