Posting Number 20163152F Job Description The Ohio University School of Nursing, Chillicothe Campus, seeks adjunct clinical focus faculty candidates with an emphasis on teaching clinical competencies to Associate and Bachelor Degree Nursing students. These positions are term positions and will be filled as need arises for the Chillicothe campus. Faculty are expected to plan, implement, and evaluate instruction for student clinical and simulation lab experiences. These individuals will provide instruction, supervision, guidance, and counsel to nursing students in relation to BSN program objectives and will include (1) planning student learning experiences; (2) evaluating student progress; (3) recording and reporting as required by the School of Nursing. If a need arises, the department will select candidates from this posting. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing by the time of appointment. At least two years (24 months full time equivalent) of clinical nursing experience in the United States is required. A current unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or the eligibility to obtain an unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
