Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (LPN) or (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be skilled in various nursing practices. This role requires a proactive approach to patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

No contract / agency staffing Growth & Scholarship opportunities Duties Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate health status. Assist with daily living activities for patients, ensuring comfort and dignity. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with physicians and registered nurses to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Perform wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, and other nursing procedures as needed. Participate in triage and emergency response situations when required. Support patients with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and geriatrics. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards. Experience Candidates should have relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Long-term care or assisted living settings Hospital experience (Emergency room, OR, inpatient) Home care or hospice care Medical office experience Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) License to practice nursing in Alabama (required) The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning in the nursing field.
