RN Weekend Supervisor Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation | Columbiana, Alabama Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position offers flexibility to fit your schedule:

Part-Time:

Work every other weekend only

Full-Time:

Work every other weekend plus one additional weekday shift If you are a strong clinical leader who enjoys supporting staff, ensuring quality resident care, and helping maintain smooth daily operations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and daily clinical operations Support and mentor nurses and CNAs Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed

Qualifications:

Current Alabama RN license Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Why Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation?
