If you are a Registered Nurse who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys mentoring staff while maintaining clinical excellence, we would love to meet you. ✅ Position Overview The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day resident care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring quality care is delivered in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as facility policies.
