RN Unit Manager Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center - 3.1 Mobile, AL Job Details Full-time 7 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications RN License Full Job Description RN Unit Manager - Skilled Nursing Facility Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center Mobile, AL Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Mobile, Alabama. We are looking for a strong nurse leader with experience in long-term care, post-acute care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation nursing to oversee daily clinical operations and support quality resident care. This RN Unit Manager position is ideal for an experienced RN seeking a nursing leadership role in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting.
RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow for the assigned nursing unit Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Ensure high-quality resident care and customer service Monitor physician orders, treatments, documentation, and care plans Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support positive clinical outcomes Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Support infection prevention, quality measures, and survey readiness Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff
Qualifications:
Active Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license required Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Why Join Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center?
