What You Will Do:
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate our local team of field LPNs and CNAs. Conduct client supervisory visits and initial clinical assessments within your designated territory. Collaborate with families and our clinical leadership to implement and update personalized care plans. Ensure precise, state-compliant clinical documentation and adherence to company policies.
What We're Looking For:
A valid, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Alabama. A clean driving record and valid driver's license (required to utilize the company vehicle). New Grads and Retirees welcome to apply!
