In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. You will play a critical part in maintaining a safe, supportive, and effective care environment while adhering to all regulatory and facility standards. Qualifications Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and medication administration Experience with EHR systems, particularly Epic and Cerner Strong patient care and assessment skills, including tube feeding and airway management Knowledge of physiology and critical care, with experience in long-term care settings

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage nursing staff during the 2nd shift to ensure effective care delivery. Assess, plan, and implement patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, facility policies, and best practices. Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and staff activities.
