As a pivotal member of our nursing staff, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality care delivery, and foster a supportive environment for both patients and staff. Your leadership will drive excellence in patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your extensive nursing skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment dedicated to improving lives. Duties Assume responsibility for supervising nursing staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to care plans and safety protocols. Coordinate patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and comprehensive physical examinations to inform treatment strategies. Administer medications, injections, and perform catheterizations with precision and adherence to sterile techniques. Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) ensuring HIPAA compliance. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
