$10,000-$12,000 Competitive Pay Full-Time Opportunities All Shifts Available Supportive Team Environment Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Comprehensive Benefits Package Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily nursing care activities Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and family members Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records Maintain compliance with HIPAA and facility policies Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality resident outcomes Educate residents and families regarding care plans and health management Qualifications Current Alabama RN or LPN license in good standing Current BLS certification Strong assessment and clinical skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) Knowledge of long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or assisted living preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Why Talladega Healthcare?
