What You'll Do As the Overnight Charge Nurse, you will play a key leadership role by overseeing nursing operations during the night shift and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

Responsibilities Include:

Supervising and supporting nursing staff throughout the overnight shift Coordinating patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation Overseeing medication administration, IV therapy, catheter care, and treatment procedures Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care Maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations, infection control standards, and safety protocols Providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff during complex clinical situations Promoting a positive, collaborative, and compassionate care environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate combines strong clinical expertise with confident leadership and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced knowledge of patient assessment, physiology, and clinical evaluation Experience with IV insertion, injections, tube feeding management, and airway management Ability to work effectively in high-pressure healthcare settings while maintaining exceptional patient care standards Experience in dementia care, memory care, Alzheimer's support, or hospice care is highly valued Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, infection prevention, and aseptic techniques Passion for mentoring staff and leading by example Why Join Twin Lakes Therapy and Living?
