Job Description
Kaiser Permanente seeks a UM Nurse Manager II to lead hospital-based utilization management operations. You will oversee a team of UM nurses, optimize care coordination, and ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high clinical quality and regulatory compliance. Partnering with IT and analytics teams, you'll use data-driven insights and software tools to improve workflows, monitor KPIs, and support accurate documentation. You will also mentor staff, collaborate with physicians and case managers, and drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals and patient-centered care.
