Job Description

About Us We are a QUAD A (AAAASF)-accredited ambulatory surgery center in the East Bay, currently focused on 100% aesthetic surgery , with plans to expand into additional specialties, beginning with orthopedic procedures . We are building a high-level, systems-driven surgical center and are looking for a strong clinical leader to help ensure excellence in compliance, operations, and patient care. ⸻ About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Clinical Director of Nursing who can oversee compliance and clinical operations while also stepping in to support patient care when needed. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain AAAASF (QUAD A) compliance and accreditation standards Oversee all clinical policies, protocols, and regulatory documentation Provide direction and oversight for Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Ensure efficient and safe OR workflow , including pre-op, circulating, and PACU support as needed Assist with staff training, competency, and onboarding Partner with leadership on quality improvement and operational growth Support expansion into additional specialties (e.g., orthopedics) ⸻ Qualifications Active California RN license Prior experience in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) required Strong expertise in AAAASF / regulatory compliance and survey readiness Experience with SPD oversight and sterile processing standards Comfortable in both leadership and hands-on clinical roles (circulating/pre-op/PACU) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive ⸻ Why Join Us Be part of a growing, high-end surgical center Opportunity to help shape systems and expansion into new specialties Flexible part-time schedule (3 days/week) Collaborative, physician-led environment ⸻ If interested, please send your resume and a brief summary of your ASC and compliance experience.
