Job Description

Charge Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated NICU RN for a leadership role as a Charge Nurse. In addition to providing expert clinical care to our smallest patients, you will be responsible for overseeing unit flow, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and care during your shift.
Schedule:
Hours:
3×12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total).
Shift Time:
[Insert Start/End Time, e.g., 07:00 - 19:30].
Requirements:
Clinical Experience:
Significant, recent experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is mandatory.
Leadership Experience:
Proven experience in a Charge Nurse or leadership capacity required.
Licensure:
Active [Insert State] RN License.
Certifications:
Current BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) are required. EncompassHS
