IV Therapy Clinic Director — RN IV Nutrition | Corte Madera, CA About IV Nutrition IV Nutrition's mission is to empower people to take control of their health through personalized, medical-grade wellness care. We provide direct access to IV nutrient therapy, functional insight, and education that helps clients understand what their bodies need and why — making advanced wellness clear, accessible, and results-driven. Our clinics deliver vitamin, mineral, and nutrient IV drips and injections that help clients improve hydration, energy, immunity, and recovery. About the Role Our Corte Madera clinic is opening soon, and we're looking for an experienced RN to lead it as Clinic Director as well as an Assistant Clinic Director. As Clinic Director you will be responsible for running the day to day at the clinic, helping clients understand the IV Nutrition offerings, providing excellent client care, overseeing a team of RNs and IV Techs including coaching and staff scheduling, and hitting revenue targets. The Assistant Clinic Director to cover clinic hours, drives sales and deliver an excellent client experience. Additional responsibilities such as marketing are flexible based on experience and interest and commensurate with salary. As owners, we will be here to partner with and support you. What You'll Do Clinic Leadership & Ownership Own overall clinic performance — revenue, client experience, and team execution Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and performance standards Ensure alignment with company goals, brand standards, and initiatives Serve as the primary point for all clinic operations Clinical Oversight & Quality Ensure safe, effective administration of IV therapies Maintain compliance with all clinical regulations, standards, and protocols Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality Provide clinical guidance, support, and mentorship to staff Operations & Execution Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation Maintain consistency in service delivery across all shifts Execute company initiatives, protocols, and process updates Client Experience & Membership Growth Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience Drive client retention and repeat visits through exceptional service Address client concerns promptly and professionally Support local marketing efforts and community engagement Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, and develop clinic staff, building a team culture focused on results, client care, and growth Lead performance through coaching, accountability, and goal setting — addressing issues quickly and partnering with HR on employee relations as needed Recognize and reward high performers and foster a positive team environment people are proud to be part of What You'll Bring Licensure & Certifications Current, active California RN license — required Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification — required ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification — preferred Experience 2-5 years of vascular access or infusion experience 2+ years of leadership or management experience Experience in a client-facing, membership, or wellness setting preferred Skills & Attributes Strong leadership with a warm, collaborative style Clinically confident and able to mentor others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, adaptable, and decisive in a fast-paced environment Ability to problem solve and demonstrate adaptability and resilience Strong conflict resolution skills Genuine care for clients and team members alike Good to Know Competitive salary based on scope of responsibilities Health, dental, and vision benefits + paid time off 8-12 hour shifts | Clinic open 7 days a week | No overtime 2-4 weekend shifts per month based on staffing 5-day required onboarding training in Kansas City or Fort Collins Is This Role for You?
