Ambulatory RN Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead outpatient nursing teams in a diverse, underserved community Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, culturally responsive care Mentor and develop nursing staff Support performance improvement initiatives Uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards Collaborate across disciplines to promote health equity and improve patient outcomes
Qualifications & Skills:
Registered Nurse license Experience in outpatient or clinical supervision Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Knowledge of quality improvement, safety standards, and regulatory compliance Commitment to community health and cultural responsiveness
