Lead outpatient nursing teams in a diverse, underserved community Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, culturally responsive care Mentor and develop nursing staff Support performance improvement initiatives Uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards Collaborate across disciplines to promote health equity and improve patient outcomesQualifications & Skills:
