The Position An Interim Nurse Manager, Case Management, is needed to provide leadership for the Coordination of Care Services department. Shift is from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Key responsibilities include providing operational and clinical leadership for case management services, supporting care coordination initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining high-quality patient care delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong case management leadership experience in an acute care setting with a proven ability to lead teams, improve workflows, and support quality patient outcomes. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements BSN required, Master's preferred. Active CA RN license required. At least three years of relevant clinical nursing experience, including at least two years of leadership experience in case management. Compensation Details Compensation Range:
$170,000 to $180,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
