Duties Provide direct patient care with a focus on complex assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols. Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts for comprehensive patient management, including triage, discharge planning, and case management. Oversee medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Point Click Care or Cerner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and diagnostic evaluations to support timely clinical decisions. Manage acute pain cases, IV infusions, catheterizations, and other specialized procedures with precision and confidence. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed and participate in staff training on aseptic techniques and safety procedures. Skills Proven experience with Epic EMR systems or similar electronic health record platforms. Extensive critical care experience including ICU or Level I trauma center environments.
