Skills Proven experience with Epic EMR systems or similar electronic health record platforms. Extensive critical care experience including ICU or Level I trauma center environments. Skilled in medical-surgical nursing, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine settings. Knowledge of

coding for accurate medical documentation and billing processes. Expertise in managing Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, medication administration via injections or IV infusion, and tube feeding techniques. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patient conditions accurately under pressure. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and medical records management. Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and team collaboration. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as assisted living facilities, long-term care centers, outpatient clinics, or home & community care settings.
