Full-Time About Us We are a fast-growing, multi-payer home health agency serving patients across multiple counties. Our focus is on high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and full regulatory compliance . We are looking for a strong Clinical Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing and help drive clinical operations, documentation quality, and team accountability. Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, supporting field clinicians, and maintaining compliance with Medicare and agency standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coordination, quality, and accountability—not direct patient visits. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Operations Support DON in managing daily clinical workflow Monitor SOCs, recerts, and high-risk patients Ensure timely patient assignment and scheduling coordination Documentation & Compliance Oversee clinician documentation in Kinnser (WellSky) Ensure notes are completed on time and meet compliance standards Review charts for accuracy, consistency, and completeness Quality Assurance Coordinate QA processes and follow up on corrections Identify documentation trends and areas for improvement Work with clinicians to correct deficiencies and improve quality Clinician Support & Oversight Monitor clinician performance (timeliness, quality, productivity) Provide guidance and support to field staff Assist with onboarding and ongoing training Authorization & Utilization Ensure visits align with payer authorizations (Kaiser, BFMG, Medicare) Monitor utilization and support timely authorization requests Orders & Coordination Oversee physician order workflow and ensure timely follow-up Coordinate with internal staff responsible for order processing Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Care Coordinators, Intake, QA, and Billing teams Ensure smooth communication and accountability across departments Qualifications Active RN license Minimum 2+ years experience in Home Health Strong knowledge of: Medicare home health regulations OASIS and documentation standards Experience with Kinnser/WellSky or similar EMR Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Leadership mindset with attention to detail What We're Looking For Someone organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-up and accountability skills Comfortable managing clinicians and coordinating across teams Able to identify issues and help drive solutions Why Join Us Growing organization with strong referral base Opportunity to make a real operational impact Supportive leadership team Competitive compensation Apply Today If you're a strong clinical professional looking to step into a leadership role and help drive operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
