Vermont Health Care Center is a family owned and operated Skilled Nursing Facility servicing residents of all different needs and acuity. Current Shift Needed:

LVN - Part-Time / On-Call / Seasonal 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including catheterization and tube feeding. Conduct patient assessments and document findings in MR and HR systems. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies. Valid California LVN license required

Pay:

$34.00 - $39.00 per hour
