Manager, RN Responsibilities:
Lead nursing operations in a faith-based healthcare environment. Oversee clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Provide direct patient care as needed. Mentor and evaluate registered nurses to promote professional growth. Support whole-person care addressing mind, body, and spirit. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize staffing, workflows, and care outcomes. Foster a compassionate, inclusive culture aligned with Christian values and community service.Qualifications & Skills:
