REQUIRED
✔ Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) ✔ Experience leading and developing clinical teams ✔ HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred Key Responsibilities Manage daily clinical operations and staff performance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations Oversee patient care planning, quality assurance, and QAPI activities Support and mentor clinicians to achieve outstanding patient outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Occasional visits may be required.
