Job Description

Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) - 5‑Star Facility | Weekly Pay | Student Loan Forgiveness Eligible Join Fairview, a mission‑driven nonprofit and 5‑star facility with 5‑star staffing levels . We're hiring a Charge Nurse who enjoys leading a team, partnering with an RN Supervisor, and delivering exceptional care in long‑term care and short‑term rehab. As a Charge Nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care based on each patient's individualized plan while coordinating day‑to‑day unit activities. You'll support and guide CNAs and nursing staff, help maintain clinical standards, and ensure residents receive the highest quality care—every shift.   • Deliver direct patient/resident care and complete nursing assessments and documentation
  • Coordinate shift flow and prioritize care to meet resident needs and unit goals
  • Supervise and support nursing staff/CNAs; provide coaching and real‑time guidance
  • Collaborate with the RN Supervisor, providers, and interdisciplinary team
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and respectful resident‑centered care Qualifications
  • Active RN or LPN license (state of employment)
  • Ability to lead a team and supervise staff on a shift
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
  • Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or short‑term rehab (or a strong interest in this specialty)
