Supervisor :

Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs

Qualifications :

Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in CT Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language fluently Current CPR certification Basic computer skills Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
