Saint Mary's Hospital, a member of Trinity Health of New England , is seeking a Nurse Manager - Cardiac Non‑Invasive to lead high‑impact cardiovascular services, including Cardiac Rehabilitation, Diagnostic Cardiology, Non‑Invasive Cardiology, Stress Testing, Echocardiography, and Cath Lab support . This is a new leadership role created to strengthen operational oversight, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and program growth within our cardiovascular services. Position Overview The Nurse Manager provides centralized clinical and operational leadership for non‑invasive cardiology services that directly impact patient outcomes, length of stay, readmissions, satisfaction, and value‑based care performance. This role is accountable for daily operations, staffing, colleague engagement, and continuous improvement while aligning services with Saint Mary's and Trinity Health's cardiovascular strategy. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and clinical leadership for Cardiac Rehab, Diagnostic Cardiology, and Non‑Invasive Cardiology Oversee staffing models, scheduling, productivity, and daily department operations Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance Lead staff engagement, competency management, and performance improvement Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery Support program growth, capacity planning, and process improvement initiatives Ensure effective resource utilization and financial stewardship Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) - preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut (or ability to obtain) Previous nursing leadership or management experience Cardiology, cardiac diagnostics, or cardiac rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and improve quality outcomes Why Saint Mary's Hospital?
