Northern Nurseries is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites, support business expansion, and strengthen our position as an industry leader. As Regional Operations Manager, you'll partner closely with the General Manager to: Lead multi-site operations- ensuring each location meets company standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience Drive business results
- maximize market share, sales, and profit margins while keeping expenses in check Inspire and develop people
- recruit, train, coach, and support site managers and staff Champion compliance & safety
- OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards are always on your radar Oversee projects & capital investments
- from equipment to land improvements, you'll help move big ideas forward Deliver top-tier customer service
- resolve major issues, maintain quality control, and keep us competitive in the market
