What You'll Do As Nurse Manager, you'll have 24/7 accountability for clinical and operational excellence.
Your leadership will:
- Foster a culture of autonomy, empowerment, and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and champion quality improvement.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget management for optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What We're Looking For Education:
BSN and Master's degree (MSN or related field).Experience:
Minimum 5 years of clinical and leadership experience.Certification:
Specialty certification required; Nurse Executive preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Current RN licensure in Delaware and BLS certification.
