This opportunity is full-time, Monday - Friday, day shift. No weekends, holidays, or on-call required. We're looking for a compassionate, skilled Oncology Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Breast Surgery team and help deliver seamless, patient-centered care in a nationally recognized cancer program. What You'll Do Serve as the primary nurse contact for our breast surgical oncology patients Coordinate care across surgery, oncology, and supportive services Educate and support patients and families throughout their cancer journey Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, high-quality care Track patient progress and help remove barriers to treatment What You'll Bring BSN and 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (oncology preferred) Active multi-state RN license and BLS certification Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced oncology environment Why Join Us? Hourly Pay Range:
$41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
