Eligible Full time RNs may receive $15,000, and eligible part-time RNs may receive $7,500. The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.
- Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
.Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred. .Current Registered Nurse licensure by theState Board of Nursing Benefits:
