REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of nurses, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor patient care and ensure that all treatments and medications are administered correctly and on time
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide support and guidance to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Handle any patient complaints or concerns and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that all nursing staff are following best practices and protocols
- Stay informed about new developments and trends in behavioral health and implement changes as needed to improve patient care
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and patients
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to behavioral health care
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
