As the Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of nurses, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Monitor patient care and ensure that all treatments and medications are administered correctly and on time
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide support and guidance to nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Handle any patient complaints or concerns and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that all nursing staff are following best practices and protocols
  • Stay informed about new developments and trends in behavioral health and implement changes as needed to improve patient care
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and patients
Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to behavioral health care
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
