Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (mandatory on-call rotation)

Salary:

Up to $90,00/year Position Summary Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Unit Manager (RN) to join our leadership team. In this full-time role, you will oversee daily unit operations, manage nursing staff, and ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate unit staffing to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care. Supervise and mentor Clinical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, fostering growth and professional development. Provide direct resident care in alignment with individualized treatment plans. Conduct and document comprehensive resident assessments and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of nursing staff. Manage staff scheduling and ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Lead by example—model professionalism, complete required training, and promote teamwork. Participate in a mandatory on-call rotation as part of the management team. Contribute to continuous quality improvement and infection prevention initiatives within the unit. Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida. Minimum 2 years of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience. At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience. Wound Care Certification preferred. (not required) IV therapy experience preferred (not required). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
