The 50-bed AdventHealth Celebration Health Emergency Department is the busiest in Osceola County , proudly serving a diverse patient population. Located near world-renowned tourist attractions, our team frequently cares for international guests , requiring exceptional communication and care. Success in our department is driven by a team-oriented culture , where collaboration, adaptability, and a shared passion for patient care ensure excellence in a fast-paced emergency environment . Our department offers three levels of emergency care — acute, intermediate, and fast-track —with distinct treatment areas designed for both minor and major emergencies , ensuring optimal coverage and efficient patient flow. Job Description:

Perform venous access procedures within the scope of RN licensure, ensuring proper technique and patient safety. Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, adjusting care plans based on patient responses and needs. Assess patients' conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods and address any complications. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion therapy. Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy to ensure understanding and compliance.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience. [Preferred]
• 1+ nursing experience within the acute care setting [Preferred]
