Position Description:

Charge Nurse

• NICU The RN
• Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse license BLS 18 months RN NICU experience BSN or BS Healthcare related field or an RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion. Certification must be RN Professional, nationally recognized and applicable to the current primary area of practice on the approved Clinical Registered Nurse Certifications Grid.
