This position is open only to Registered Nurses (RNs) with a minimum of two years of Clinical Manager or equivalent clinical leadership experience in a Medicare-certified Home Health agency and hands-on experience using WellSky (Kinnser). Candidates who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. All Advanced Home Care is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee the clinical operations of our Medicare-certified home health agency. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, survey readiness, and coordination of patient care. Position Summary The Home Health Clinical Manager provides day-to-day clinical leadership and supervision of agency clinicians while ensuring compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, accreditation standards, agency policies, and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Supervise and support Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Therapists, and Home Health Aides. Oversee daily clinical operations. Review OASIS assessments and clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and agency policies. Review physician orders, plans of care, and clinical documentation. Conduct case conferences and provide clinical oversight. Maintain agency survey readiness and support ACHC accreditation standards. Assist with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and administrative leadership. Provide clinical guidance, education, mentoring, and performance oversight to clinical staff. Utilize WellSky (Kinnser) Home Health software in daily operations. Required Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of two years of Clinical Manager or equivalent clinical leadership experience in a Medicare-certified Home Health agency. Minimum of two years of Medicare-certified Home Health experience. Hands-on experience using WellSky (Kinnser). OASIS experience. Working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation. $85,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
