Day | Full-Time How you'll make an impact in this role Supervise unit staffing, coordinate shift workflows, and ensure the consistent implementation of clinical objectives and high-quality OR patient care. Assign, direct, monitor, and educate nursing and support staff during assigned shifts, while actively contributing to hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Assess daily patient needs to develop and distribute population-appropriate care assignments while identifying and resolving any issues affecting patient outcomes. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of patient care interventions and address clinical or service complaints through established organizational channels. Registration:

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required. One or more of the following: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:
