Job Summary and Qualifications ​​The PACU Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The PACU Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.​​​ Recruiter to check inserted requirements to ensure it included all credentials below.   • required Bachelor's Degree
  • preferred 3 + years experience in Surgical Services
  • required 1 + years experience in leadership
  • required ​Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation
