Salary:

$100,000 to $120,000/year + Benefits Role Overview Seeking an experienced Emergency Services Manager to oversee daily ED operations, staffing, clinical quality, patient flow, and team performance in a busy, high-acuity emergency department. Responsibilities Lead daily ED operations and staffing for approximately 55 FTEs Ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care Manage staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and department productivity Coach, develop, and retain nursing staff Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leadership teams Requirements 3-5+ years of recent acute-care ED experience 2-3+ years of recent ED leadership experience preferred Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or strong Charge RN experience Active RN license or compact license BLS and

PALS/ENPC
