Home Health Clinical Manager RN Tri-County Homecare of Florida, Inc Hollywood, FL Job Details Part-time From $45 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Management Patient care leadership Home health Documentation review Full Job Description The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Reviewing new patient referrals for appropriateness of home care needs. 2. Assigning appropriate clinicians to patient care 3. Review and evaluate patient records to instruct and guide clinicians to promote more effective delivery of care 4. Schedules/attends case conferences 5. Assists with screening and interviewing new organization personnel and makes recommendations for employment of individuals. 6. Precepts new clinical staff 7. Participates in activities and is a member of the QAPI committee 8. Complies with accepted professional standards and principles 9. Maintains regulatory compliance
