Responsibilities:
Lead by
Example:
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Nursing Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
Quality Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and increase resident satisfaction.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Staff Development:
Provide ongoing training and coaching to nursing staff to meet the needs of our residents and enhance their skills and knowledge.
Communication:
Foster open communication among all levels of staff, residents, and families to build trust and respect.
Requirements Experience:
2+ years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role
Certifications:
Current LPN licensure and CPR certification
