Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) A Skilled Nursing Facility in the Okeechobee, FL area is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for overnight and leadership opportunities within a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

RN - 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Shift Weekend RN Supervisor We are seeking dependable nursing professionals with strong Skilled Nursing experience who are comfortable working in a leadership environment and committed to delivering high-quality resident care. RN Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident treatment plans Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor and assess changes in resident condition Maintain accurate documentation and EMR charting Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight during weekend operations Supervise nursing staff and support daily clinical workflow Assist with admissions, incident follow-up, and resident care concerns Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility standards Serve as a clinical resource and support staff as needed Help maintain quality care standards and smooth shift operations Qualifications Active Florida RN license required Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience required Minimum of 1 year of RN Supervisor experience required Prior experience leading clinical teams within a SNF setting required Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills Experience with EMR systems preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Background Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care RN Supervisor Charge Nurse Leadership Clinical Operations Staff Supervision Survey Readiness & Regulatory Compliance Apply Today If you're an experienced RN looking for an overnight opportunity or a weekend leadership role within Skilled Nursing, we'd like to speak with you.
