Be the Best Patient Care Manager You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state. Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred. Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirementsResponsibilities:
