Graduate of an accredited nursing or therapy program; must be a licensed Registered Nurse, RN, Physical Therapist, PT, Occupational Therapist, OT, or Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist, SLP. 1+ year of Medicare Home Health experience required; Experienced field Home Health RN, PT, OT, or SLP encouraged to apply!
